July 16th is the birthday of Toshio Furukawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toshio Furukawa<\/a> made his debut as a voice actor in the 1970s. Since then, he has appeared in numerous titles. He played the main characters in “Mobile Suit Gundam: The Island of Cruz Doan” and “Dragon Ball Super Super Hero,” both currently in theaters. He also teaches younger generations as the president of Aoni Juku Tokyo School, a training school of the voice actor agency Aoni Productions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate Toshio Furukawa’s birthday, we conducted a reader survey last year titled “Which character do you like the most among all the characters you have played? We completed a questionnaire titled “Which character do you like the most among the characters you have played?
Here are the results of the survey of 111 respondents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most popular and longtime favorites topped the list!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No. 1<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portgas D. Ace from “One Piece” came in the first place. He is Luffy’s brother-in-law and is the most popular character in the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ace is Luffy’s brother-in-law. His presence as a reliable big brother is popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new movie “ONE PIECE FILM RED” is scheduled to be released on August 6, and is in the midst of an exciting midsummer roadshow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No. 2 <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In second place is Piccolo from “Dragon Ball. With a support rate of about 21 percent, it moved up one place from last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reason for his rise in the ranking is his major role in the movie “Dragon Ball Super Super Hero,” which is currently in theaters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The characters who have changed over the course of the long series were also high on the list: “He first appeared as an enemy, but now he has become the commanding officer of the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
